    Hello,

I would like to copy the full image and the incremental backups to a CD. Where in the documentation is this located and how do I do this.

I am new to this product after the review in Smart Computing, I purchased the product to help in backups and restores.

At the moment, I have several questions, but I am still reading to see where I can find the answer.

    Thanks for the help

I don't think you can. the idea of the Secure Zone is NOTHING can touch it except TrueImage (for protection) I which case there is no reason to burn it to CD.

use a knoppix live cd, it will allow you to access the hidden SZ partition
you can also use partition manager to mount this partition under windows

Heard of Linux? Many different Linux OS's have a "live" CD for you to try out their OS. You insert the CD and boot into it. I believe though I am not 100% sure, Knoppix only comes in "live" CD format.

    Hello wretsub,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

You cannot copy the full and the incremental backups to a CD from Acronis Secure Zone. Acronis Secure Zone is inaccessible by the operating system and applications. We are currently working on the option to explore it and it will be implemented in the future.

    Thank you.
