Security Programs that Repair Systems?

I noticed yesterday Avira has an option that will check the integrity of system files, and repair them if necessary.

I was wondering what security programs (AVs, AMs) will attempt to repair system files and/or repair changes malware might make to the system, such as modified Internet settings, system settings, etc.

EDIT: Just noticed that's the first thing Qihoo does in its scans.
