Thanks sinlam, glad to have an opportunity to beta test!
I am equally glad that you are one of our beta testers since the very first beta program last year Hope to see you in the new SecureAPlus Forum, https://secureaplusforum.secureage.com.
Congratulations on the release
I look at your new page...I read and I can't stop to smile...great!...fantastic! Thanks...congratulations...I wish for all your team many success
Now I know that I have to find time to test 3 versions of latest build
How can I submit undetected samples? I know you use ClamAV, but is there your own engine as well?
360 IS quarantines one of installed files. I'll report it as FP.
Congratulations to SAP team and all beta testers!
I sent it to Comodo for whitelisting: http://forums.comodo.com/news-annou...isted-2014-t100712.0.html;msg768833#msg768833
Congratulations on a Great job!
Hi ichito, thank you and I am extremely happy to see your well wishes. No worries, settle what you need to settle first. That is more important. You can test SecureAPlus again once you have the time
Hi malware1, thank you for reporting this to us. For the time being, you can report the FP either here or at the new SecureAPlus Forum. We are coming up with a webpage for submission of false positive or undetected samples soon. It should be ready in a few weeks' time. We will announced it once it is ready. At this moment, sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Hi siketa. I am so glad to see you again Thank you so much for your great support and feedback since our very first beta last year
Greatly appreciate your submission
Hi bigc73542, I am really glad to see you again. Thank you so much for the encouragement. You have made my day
Hi guys, thank you so much for all your well wishes and support. This means so much to our team. We have been working very hard for the past months, fighting against bugs and time. Due to time and manpower constraint, we have faced with countless challenges and obstacles. Nevertheless, we will continue to work hard to make SecureAPlus even better. We are extremely grateful to all those beta testers, especially to those who have been with us since day one of the beta program last year. Without your great suggestions and feedback, SecureAPlus will not be what it is today. Hope to hear more comments or suggestions from all of you. If you encounter any bugs or FP or any other issue, please feel free to let us know.
If you really like SecureAPlus, hope you will recommend it to your family and friends
I think you misunderstood me.
I meant 360 IS detects one of installed files as a false positive, so I reported it to Qihoo. Its not related to malware submission and its not a false positive caused by your AV.
My mind is now much clearer after catching up with my lost sleep and rest. Gosh, what a blunder I have made after reading your post and looking at the screenshot again
I've just joined the club on my Vista machine, no problems so far, I also think white-listing is probably the best way to deal with unknown malware.
The final version works and looks great, I'm just missing statistics in the universal AV part.
How many av's are now part of the Universal AV? wouldn't be a good idea to add this information in the interface?
I think putting it on the website or adding a FAQ/help file would be helpful, but I think adding it to the interface would be too cluttering. There's like 13 or so cloud engines used!
11 AVs are used in the cloud and 1 local
Welcome to the SAP Club Good to know that it has no problem on your Vista Machine so far.
The information about the infected file, infected machine and detected av engines are listed in the SecureAPlus Account Portal which is a value-added service to the paid version, SecureAPlus Premium. But we will be giving trial account to our existing beta testers who are interested to review and test. Details will be announced in the SecureAPlus Beta Forum in a few days' time.
Hi Kelvin, we have 11 av engines You are right, we should state the engines that we have in the website. We will add that in soon.
Separate names with a comma.
