SecThrough HijackThis Log from Ellosde Pauk

Hello everyone!
I'm glad to have found this place as I've seen the SecThrough virus for the sixth time in 3 months. Anyway I ran Ad-Aware 6 on the computer and then did the HijackThis program. The only problems with this computer lately have been a broser hijacker that keeps setting my homepage as MSN.com, but I notice it goes somewhere else right before msn, and this lovely virus. Aside from that I don't think the processor is fast enough for what I run on this computer all the time.

The smc.exe is my Sygate firewall that allows me to block programs from accessing the net and it also blocks that 3.3K of data that keeps going to my computer every 10 secs. Don't know what that is but its getting blocked now.
