Scheduled job fails - no log?

Hi,

I've set up a scheduled file backup in DBP 10. In the list of Scheduled Tasks the last Result is "Failed". I can't seem to find any other information in DBP itself - s there a log somewhere?

However, there is some information in the Windows Task Scheduler:

Task Scheduler failed to start "\Paragon File Archive name arc_200110141724820" task for user "AUGUSTINE\user". Additional Data: Error Value: 2147943645.

What does this mean, and how do I prevent this?

Please make sure that your task is set with a username and password to run as, as well as the run while no user is logged in checkbox is checked.
