Scanning Issue!!

Hi All
i have a problem
when i want to full scan my computer
my pc freezes and need to reboot my system to fix it
is this a known issue? or is there a problem with my pc?

what security package are you using cause this is not at all common

 

my bad of course you use prevx. excuse me but i am still fairly new on the forum. but still i don't think this should be happening with prevx

setting in prevx everything at maximun could that be the problem?

Probably not, but could you send us a scan log by clicking Tools > Save Scan Results and send this to report@prevxresearch.com so that we can investigate what is going wrong?

is a quick scan enough?
a deep and full scan wil it stuck on something!

 

A normal "Scan My PC Now" scan should be more than enough

 

I bet its Avira hanging there.
