Scanning for multi-user systems

    When doing AV and AS scans on systems with multiple users, can you just do a scan with one of the administrative users? Or should you scan with all users?

    Because if the scanner is only looking at the HKEY_CURRENT_USER registry keys, then that means it will miss those registry keys for all the other users.

    I would Think it would be best to scan as Admin in Safe mode,
