Scanner Setup>Uncleanable Infiltrations greyed out

I can't change the settings for actions within the scanner setup dialog.
The Uncleanable infiltrations is greyed out. Anyone have any ideas why?
I've uninstalled an reinstalled but it's still no accessable.

 

Have you tried selecting "clean" as the option in the left hand column?

You can only set options for uncleanable infltrations if you tell Nod to try and clean them first
