    Hi

I have installed NOD32 LAN Update Server and have over a 1000 clients connecting to the server to obtain updates. I have discovered that the directory in ESET called Scanlog_Details fills up with DAT files and kills my server because of the space it takes up, 120GB and more at one stage. I have to keep on deleting the DAT files to recover space on my HDD.
Is there a solution to this problem, I have made sure that none of the client machines do any scans. The folder can be found at C:\Program Files\Eset\RA\Server\Storage\Scanlog_Details.

    Thanks in advance
    Gareth

    1. disable the "List all files" option in the on-demand scanner setup
    2. in the log maintanance setup, set NOD32 to delete records older than 1-2 days

    Hi
I Have done the above, I have found some clients are running scheduled scans which I have turned off as they could be reporting the scans to the lan update server and this might be filling up the storage area.
    Lets see what happens.
