sbie won't run due to dcom

    when i try to launch a sandboxed browser, i get
    SBIE2313 Could not execute SandboxieDcomLaunch.exe (1260)
    SBIE2204 Cannot start sandboxed service DcomLaunch (1260)

    this happened before and stopped when i updated to 5.45

    i have tried 5.46.1 and v0.5.4b

    any suggestions?
