SB & SG with Multiple Users in XP

    Hello,

    After installing SpywareBlaster and SpywareGuard under my user account in Windows XP, I noticed the icon(s) in the taskbar, which is fine. However, the other user of the machine does not have these icons.

    Can I assume that SB & SG are running for that user as well or do I need to do something in his user account?

    Hey Tigger,

    As far as SpywareBlaster goes....the main protection(ActiveX component\clsid blockage) is for ALL users....meaning the entries are placed in the HK_Local Machine portion of the registry. As for the Restricted site and Per Site Privacy cookie protection....that would only be for those users that executes SpywareBlaster. Executing SpywareBlaster for each user account....would give those users protection(Restricted sites\Cookie).
