Looks interesting. We'll see how it actually functions when it comes, if used. I would think that if you install software, which will require admin, if any files need to go into the user profile, like a setting or preferences file, it will go into the profile of this admin account when installed by that account. Then when the user needs to run the program it won't be able to access the files in this account that will be disabled when not elevated. I hope they have thought this through.
