save list of the apps?

There is a way for save and after import on LnS the list the apps that i have allowed or blocked? I must format my PC

The normal way to do that is to use the "extra save" option in the options panel. This will create a .reg file you can re-apply later.
It seems this feature is not working very well especially for application names

What I suggest is to make a direct registry export with regedit of the following keys:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Soft4Ever\looknstop
and
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Soft4Ever\looknstop

If you are reinstalling your PC, note that all internet application have to be reinstalled exactly in the same folder, otherwise this will not work anyway.
