Save and Run

Hello Everyone,New here.recently dumped Kaspersky(resource issue).To the title Topic at handurchased Eset Smart Security 4 suite 3 user for two laptops now and maybe a destop later.latops are x64 bit.one usng for this post during install Save was used,call it laptop 1 but on the other laptop2 just Run was used for install,question is on these Vista machines:do I actually need to uninstall/reinstall on Lap2?seems to work but want to do this right.folders asked to delete in Vista seem hard to get at although one Eset folder was found on Laptop 1 it did not contain the folders needed to delete below.after the uinstall tool that came with it running the download tool then in safe mode use the tool.working with the help desk on this but want to know what the forums thoughts on it are.
From the knowledge base: Windows Vista Users must delete the following folders:

C:\Program Files\ESET
C:\Program Data\ESET
Not in the Eset folder re: right click explore or open w/Vista start.at least not on Laptop1
Update under the guidence of Eset Support.removal and replacement on laptop 2 = Success
