    Hello,

That's definitely a good price, but I like to research commercial software before shelling out the money for it. There were several claims here at this forum that it doesn't work well with 64-bit systems. So I went to Zemana.com and downloaded the 15-day trial. Then I ran the simulation tests at the website:

    http://www.zemana.com/securitytests.aspx

Most of them failed on my Windows 7 x64 system. It did detect Logitech SetPoint as logging my keystrokes, but it didn't detect my HP WebCam software either.

    Regards,

    Nathan

While Zemana have released a 64 bit version, not all protection works on x64 yet. Them releasing it and not warning about greatly reduced protection is debatable, but that's offtopic. A fully working 64 bit version is expected at the end of the year if I remember correctly. If you have a 32 bit OS, it's a great piece of software, if you run a 64 bit OS I would wait until there is a real 64 bit version, and discounts on Zemana are regularly posted here.

    Hello,

Thanks for the update. I also looked at SpyShelter Personal Free, and apparently only SpyShelter Premium works with x64 (according to the comparison chart).

    Regards,

By all means, do your diligence.
It shouldn't be any other way.

FWIW, Zemana customer service claimed via email that they were releasing their fully compatible (all modules functioning) x64 version at the end of July. It hasn't been released. I tried emailing them again about it, and didn't receive any response. I'm guessing they either ran into a snag with their build or the CSR was just trying to give me an answer (even if it wasn't correct)

It's still capable of providing MitB/BitB and keylogger protection, so it's worthwhile in that respect.

    Hello,

Thanks. I've been keeping an eye on Zemana AntiLogger, and found this on the Technical FAQ page:

Hopefully they will offer a good deal when 2.0 is released.

    Regards,

    Nathan

I have installed Zemanta Antikeylogger version 1.9.2.515 and I cannot uninstall it. How do you uninstall it? There's no uninstaller anywhere? :thumbd:

It's not there, nowhere in add/remove programs. And there isn't any uninstall.exe in the folder either. What can I do to get rid off this thing?

Have you looked to see if there is an entry called "Antilogger" rather than "Zemana"?

I installed Zemana 2 months ago :p so that won't work!

But I fixed it...I downloaded the trial version and installed it, and it said it uninstalled all previous versions, and then I uninstalled the trial version, so all fixed.

The reason I uninstalled it is that I don't need it and it just takes up ram and resources for nothing. I run Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Emsisoft regularly so they keep me clean.

Yes I did, but it wasn't there either. Suffice to say, I got rid off it by installing trial and then removing trial which uninstalled the previous version also.:thumb:
