    Hi you Guys!
I've just downloaded the newest demo-version of Acronis True Image 9.0,
because Norton Ghost 10.0 doesn't work with my Silicon Image 3114 Raid System (2 Disks mirrored) and I read True Image is the best. So I created a bootable Disk with the Startup Recovery Manager.
But in the (linux-version) of the Startupmanager I see the two raid disks instead of one!
It also says at startup that there is a problem with a driver!

Is there any chance to get this run right?

    Thanks A LOT!!!1

When your disks are hey are mirrored they are identical. just select 1 to image

    Hello yadrummer,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

Please note that if you have a RAID array configured in your computer's BIOS and your particular RAID controller is supported by the latest build (3567) of Acronis True Image 9.0 when it is running from Bootable Rescue CD then your RAID array should recognize as one hard drive. If your hard drives are not in RAID mode, i.e. RAID is turned off in the computer's BIOS, then these hard drives will be recognized as two separate disks when computer is booted from Bootable Rescue CD.

Please try to use the "acpi=off noapic" workaround as it is described in Acronis Help Post.

If the issue still remains then please create Acronis Report and Linux system information (sysinfo.txt) as it is described in Acronis Help Post.

Please create an account, then log in and submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.

You may also try to use Bart PE plug-in which includes into Acronis True Image 9.0 Home. Please find the information about BartPE at http://www.nu2.nu/pebuilder/

    Thank you.
