sandboxie question

    Does sandboxie work well for testing unknown, possibly malicious exe's?

    By "testing" i refer to the practice of running the file to determine what it does to a system (something usually done in a virtual machine).
    And by "work well" i mean being able to get all the information about an unknown/malicious exe without it affecting my system.
