    I think you may be right, it´s probably SBIE v4 that took over the design of FreeSpace.

    Tzuk had to make the change because of Windows 64 bit (PatchGuard). :)

    About the time the SBIE ownership transfer was made public (about a year after the fact) I read that freespace was based on 3.x sandboxie.


    So likely it IS now based on 4.x but wasn't always.
    But either way definitely freespace based off of sbie, not the other way around.
