Hello, i use Sandboxie Plus v0.8.2 . I want to run Firefox in a Sandbox with a specific "resource access". I want a closed access to my personal data in "C:\Users\User", because there are some files Firefox should not have access to. But firefox need access to "C:\Users\User\AppData". If i close access to "C:\Users\User" and give direct access to "C:\Users\User\AppData", i can´t run Firefox because the closed access blocks the direkt access. I want to close the path "C:\Users\User" with several excepts to "C:\Users\User\AppData\*and so on to firefox profiles*" Is there a solution?
Right now you can only blacklist files/folders, what you want is a whitelist type and it's on David's ToDo. That's right, Block Access have preference over Direct Access and any other Resource Access setting, so until that Whitelist Mode is implemented the only solution I see is blocking with Block Access or Write-Only Access (depending of your needs) every folder you don't want Firefox to access while leaving C:\Users\User\ open.
Thank you for this information. I didn´t know this github thread. I hope David implement this feature because it´s very uncomfortable to put every file/folder on blacklist.
