Just curious if you would still pick SB or a brand name security combo that cover several things at once? I have SB with KeyScrambler.

Not an expert but you might consider checking out some of the threads in the Other Anti-Malware Software thread. Such as:

What is your security setup these days?

I use sandboxie on all of my computers as part of a layered approach. There is nothing wrong with using a couple different security applications as long as they do not conflict/interfere and do not pose a security/privacy risk in themselves.

I believe that if you contain the browser or other internet facing application to a stong containing environment, and not much leaves that environment, you only need worry about the environment itself.

Sandboxie does nothing for you if things leave its environment. So yes, other security tools may very well be desired.

The question might become more vague if you talk about what tools to use within the sandboxed environment.

I wouldnt trade Sandboxie for nothing. There is no security suite or combo of security applications that I would change SBIE for. None.

If you know the principles behind each,SB/SD combo are one of a kind.

I use it on all my rigs,4 years now without any problems.

I'd like to try Shadow Defender, but since there's a question as to whether their site was hi-jacked, or if the dev. is even still around, I won't order a key from there now. If I could somehow come across a valid key for it and an installer for the best build, I'd probably add it to my setup.

And I'll bet I'm not alone either. Shame...

When I used sandboxie years ago,all I used was hitmanpro and that was it.

Set it up correctly, you dont need a ton of other software like people on wilders love to do.
