Do you have a custom Sandboxie config where only certain apps can start?

Edit: Do you have a custom config period?

I can't find anything about that message. I get a similar pop-up when I try to open a file on a blocked partition but the message is different. I looked at the different Sbie messages and this one doesn't seem to be mentioned. http://www.sandboxie.com/index.php?SBIE_Messages

Can you view the image un-sandboxed or are you testing it because it seems suspicious? If it's suspicious, upload it to Virustotal or jotti to be checked. Can you view other image types like .jpg sandboxed? What image viewer normally opens .png files for you?

I wish I could help more but it's late. Provide a little more info here and at Sbie's forum and I'm sure you solve the problem.
