SafeOnline not working after Load Protection

If you shutdown Prevx completely, using stop protection -> remove protection -> shutdown Prevx, then re-run Prevx by double clicking the desktop icon then click Load Protection, Prevx does a Learning scan but when complete:

(1) Self Protection is set to Maximum (regardless of what it was before),
(2) SafeOnline is not enabled and must be enabled manually,
(3) The browser tab stays blue on HTTPS sites (I only tried Firefox).
(4) IP verification doesn't work (even waiting 20 minutes).

A reboot "fixes" it.

This is nothing to do with KIS 2010 this time as the problem occurs even when I shutdown KIS 2010 completely.

 

This is largely the intended behavior - "Remove Protection" should only be used in extreme cases and leaves most of the functionality disabled. Rebooting your PC should allow it to re-enable each time, but removing the protection would require a reboot to fully reload all of it.
