Safeonline host and address detection problem

and what ip address is it meant to show?

 

all, are all always undetected.. while with chrome or explorer I can see ip and andress of the current page ex:

We suspect that this is due to the skin which you have in Firefox. Some skins/browser extensions can prevent SafeOnline from properly seeing the web page but we will be investigating a more global workaround for this to cover all cases in the near future.

I have removed all skin and personas skin addon, I have start firefox in safe mode, but still nothing..
