I have the full PrevX + SafeOnline.

If visit 888.com SafeOnline pops up and gives me a warning about the site. If I click Block, SafeOnline blocks access to ALL sites. If I click Ignore, SafeOnline still blocks access to ALL sites. Sometimes restarting the browser fixes this, other times I have to restart the PC.

I just tried it and it works fine here if I click ignore I get the page and still able to visit other websites and If I click Block it goes black and restarts FF 3.6.8 Browser! Can you give us more info as to what OS you are using and if it is 32bit or 64bit and the Browser or Browsers and versions that are affected and if you have any other security running in realtime? Also if you click Ignore it puts it in SafeOnline config window so you will have remove the entry manually!

    TIA,

    TH

If SafeOnline is blocking a website, it will close your browser requesting that you restart it. Our rationality for doing this is that you are very likely to have come from a questionable link if you end on a malicious one, so we consider the entire browsing session to be "tainted". If you aren't able to browse, you may want to try closing all browsers and then checking Task Manager to see if there are any lingering processes.

However, to correct the fundamental problem... could you let me know the full URL that you are visiting on 888.com (preferably by PM)? We will take a look to see if it no longer contains any infections so that we can remove it from the blacklist.

    Thank you! :)

EDIT: And alternatively, TH's solution will certainly work as well :)
