Safeonline blocking Logmein Rescue

Hi

I have a suggestion for the issue when Safeonline (on the remote pc) blocks Logmein Rescue from viewing web pages on the remote browser.

The issue at the moment is that when testing a remote browser, Safeonline will freeze the remote user's browser screen.

For the purposes of remote support, maybe we could have a feature, where we can disable Safeonline on the fly? For example by adding an option to disable Safeonline to the Prevx icon right-click menu?

 

This goes in line with the SnagIt suggestion as well - you can disable SafeOnline by disabling the rest of Prevx 3.0 temporarily or just make two clicks to open the GUI and disable it from there (Configure - On/Off)
