I am using TrueImage v8.0 build 771 and it has been working well for me until recently.

On one of my machines I needed to to use the safe version boot cd to create an image of internal ide drive C to my second internal ide drive D.

I found that at the point of specifying the path and name of the image file to be created the NEXT button never becomes available.

I tried the this boot CD on other machines with the same bad result.

I upgraded to build 774 and the issue remains.

Is this an issue that remains to be fixed in a future build or is there something I need to do to get around this.

    Any help is most appreciated.

    Hello imageme,

Can you please clarify what you mean by "On one of my machines I needed to use the safe version boot cd"? Does it mean that you cannot use the full version of the bootable rescue media?

The thing is that the safe version uses BIOS to operate with hardware devices and we recommend to use it only if it is impossible to make the full version work.

    Thank you.
