Safe Online stays blue

    My wife just got a new 64-bit pc. We are running Prevx w/SafeOnline 3.0.5.143 and NIS 2010. I have Safe Online set for max protection for both https and http. When using firefox the safeonline icon stays blue. When using IE8 it is fine.
    Any ideas what may be the problem?

    I disabled all of my add-ons (ad-block plus, Norton Toolbar, and Norton IPS). Restarted firefox. Issue was still there. Re-enabled add-ons and restarted firefox and now Prevx shows green. Weird.
