Runtime error 339

    Whenever I try to run Spyware Blaster I get a message saying Runtime error 339 - component MSCOMTL.OCX or dependancy not correctly registered. A file is missing or invalid.
    I've tried downloading and installing several times from different sites, but always get the same message. Does anyone know what this is and how to fix it?
