Is it possible to run Nod32 with installing the app? Going to customers and running Nod32 to show them the "power" would be very cool, but everytime i have to install it and reboot the pc and sometime its tricky to get the latest update and...

Somewhere (I think at there was info for making NOD32 DOS boot & scan disk including for NTFS. There should be every reason why this will work for your demonstration purpose on a bootable 'USB Tool'

I use NOD from a USB flash often. You only have to copy the entire C:\PROGRAM FILES\ESET on the USB and then start NOD32.exe. It wont be resident nor protect mail but I use it to scan and clean infected PC.
