Run-time error '53'

I've been getting this message for the past two days. The exact error reads:

terrabyte
Run-time error '53'
File not found

It shows up everytime I try to load a website in IE, but not when I use the AOL browser. I have tried reloading both windows and IE and I have have no luck in getting the error to disappear.

Does anyone know anything about this error?

I am using Windows XP Home Edition. I was hit with a few trojans in the past couple of days and that is when the error started. The error only shows up when I am using the IE browser.
