Run time error 429

    I just downloaded and installed spy guard and after about one to two minutes i get "Run-time error '429' ActiveX component can't create object" message.

    I hit "ok" and then it shuts spyguard down. could you possibly have an answer on how to fix this I am very excited after reading about this program to actually use. Thank you in advance.
