1 - Can I and how run a scan from command line (Safe mode with command prompt only)??

2 - Also is it possible to do from Recovery Console?

3 - And finnaly directly from DOS?

4 - Is it safe to attach harddisk of infected PC which can not start, scan it with NOD32 from another machine and install it back?

1.2.3. Have you tried changing directory to the ESET folder and execute nod32.exe? Also, there is NOD for DOS - diffent GUI for text mode?

    4. I often do this, but you try at your own risk if you choose. I ALWAYS make an image of anothers HDD BEFORE I scan/clean/anything.

You can find command line options in the NOD32 help file ( C:\Program Files\ESET\eset.chm ). Once you are in there, go to User Manual --> NOD32 Control Center --> Modules --> NOD32: On demand scanner --> Command line parameters.
