I have recently heard about a "new" type of anti-virus program, called Rudra, that can be found at www.sanrasoft.com. It is described as a new technology in a/v programs, in that it protects against viruses using a behavior approach rather than a signature approach. As such, it says that no "updates" or downloads of new signatures are ever needed. Does anyone here have any knowledge of the effectiveness of this type of a/v? It sounds very intriguing. Has this approach ever been tried before?
    Thanks for any input!:)

Wow, thanks for the fast response! I had no idea it was previously discussed and that there were already many comments from some very expert posters!
    I really appreciate it!
