rolling back ESET

    i recently updated my firefox and also updated Eset to 4.0 however there are a couple of websites that take a a while to load in like 5 minutes. when I disabled Eset it came on instantly. I'd like to know if I can go back to Eset 3.0 using the original CD installation disc and would it give me another user ID and password if I did?

    you should post in the nod32 forum
    eset mods maybe able to sort out your issue.

    if not the following is what you should do:
    just use the same user id and password you do now in version 4.
    uninstall 4 then install 3 and input user id and password you used with version 4.

    I'd suggest contactin Customer care and providing them a log from SysInspector. It sounds like a conflict with other software or drivers you have installed.
