I installed version 10 today on my Corsair SSD, and so far it seems to be working smoothly....except! I noticed while installing Avira Premium, a popup in the taskbar said taking snapshot, and again about 6 seconds later, thus the first snap was 251MB and the second 16MB. A Few minutes ago I installed PowerDVD 13 and the same thing happened, 2 snaps in 6 seconds, this time the first is 838MB and the second is 0 bytes! :doubt: Is this a new feature of Rollback RX 10 to automatically take 2 snaps when it detects a software installation o_O

If you have a scheduled event that is based on a process like setup.exe, install.exe, update.exe, etc, I can see multiple snapshots being taken in succession. Many softwares come with supporting 3rd party packages (VStudio runtime library, DirectX, etc) that have their own install routine so the RBX task can be triggered multiple times.

Just a headsup! Because I really liked CTM but now use W7, months ago I'd made the decision to purchase RB the next time they had one of their $25 sales but the I discovered, from reading their forum, it disables TRIM. Given I have a SSD I had to pass. You may have known this though.

Where do I begin? OK 1:No Rollback Screen on System Start up, either that or it disappeared that fast! if I did need to hit the Home Key to enter the Console, Then I would have to do so in 1/10000th of a second, I'm not that fast lol. 2: Persistent About Screen Popping up every time I started my System or rebooted, regardless whether I ticked the box to disable that or not. and 3: Snapshots being taken every few minutes for no apparent reason.

I can do without this type of nonsense

From my perspective, I can tell you that the RBX pre-boot screen is all garbled and distorted to the point where I can't read anything. RBX 9 works fine, but not RBX 10. The pre-boot environment is completely useless to me.

But in any case, I abandoned RBX so it's a moot issue. :)
