    I am currently trying RIS 2011 coz it is freeware now. I googled a lot but couldn't find Rising forum. Can anyone plzz give me Rising Internet Security forum??

    As far as I know, there is none. You can go to their support page and ask a question. In my experience, they answer questions fairly quickly.

    Yes there is a free fast support available as tgell told.
    Also there is an official forum. No english version though....
