Right Clicking saving

    Hi again the last few days when i use firefox if i right click a pic on the web save as i notice in the list it says save as type, Paint shop pro x I'm sure it used to let me save as Jpeg all that before I tried going into my doc right clicking a pic open with ACDsee ticking it thats ok but its saving from webpages oh and its google images in paticular if it was a normal webpage its coming up ACDsee which im ok with.. any ideas thanks MD

    Hi maddawgz!

    you might try this. From the Windows Explorer select Tools, Folder Options - File Types. Peruse down to the JPEG File Type and click Advanced.On your PC the default extension may be set to Paint Shop X for all JPG file types. Change the default to JPG (click on New, File Extension write JPG, Ok) - you may have to reboot but then you should be ready to go.

    Notice that you can select the associated file type from the drop down menu after writing the file extension.

    Uguel707's Thanku ur a legend...... works fine seen the PSP X in there changed it to ADCsee thanks again learnt something new MD :D

    I am glad you could work it out. Well, I also learn stg new
    every now and then...too bad I can't memorize all that stuff! :D
