    Thanks for posting, Romagnolo1973.
A moment ago, I had noticed the same Revo Uninstaller news fact.
    I think it's great news.
I don't think it is too late for this x86+x64 Revo Uninstaller freeware version.
There are some more freeware x86+x64 uninstallers, but according to some earlier reviews, Revo Uninstaller was better at certain aspects (better than Geek Uninstaller in finding leftover register items, and better than IObit Uninstaller in finding leftover files and folders).
So, for those that don't need the Revo Uninstaller Pro version, the x86+x64 Revo Uninstaller freeware version may be a pleasant surprise. It was for me.

Just installed. Missed it because of former no 64bit support.

the pro version has the "advanced" scan option for leftovers which the free version doesnt have.

    Correct.
So, you should continue to be happy.

I run Pro on my production Windows 7 x64 tower, v3.1.6 now.

I started with v2.0.2 on it and my laptop.

But for my old i5 2nd gen Windows 7 x64 laptop clunker, I decided not to pay for the v3.0.0 upgrade back in FEB 2013 and left it at v2.5.9. Which is still better than this newest Freeware 2.0.

    Me happy too. :)

So will geek free find more than revo free ? Even geek has a pro version that has 'thorough removal' - which i think is comparable to advances canning of revo pro ?
So I will be good with either geek free or revo free ?

I've installed this just to have a look, however I'll be sticking with IObit Uninstaller, which is in my opinion is a much better product.
Revo takes just over a minute to finish loading the list of programs, whereas in IObit Uninstaller is happens straight away. Also IObit Uninstaller can remove Windows Apps, can scan for leftovers after a reboot, and has a batch uninstall mode where you can uninstall multiple programs one after the other.

I second. There is no better free uninstaller out there.

I've got hundreds of programs installed. But, the list of installed programs loads instantly in IObit Uninstaller and Soft Organizer.

I think that the speed of loading is secondary. What matters most is that IObit Uninstaller has got the best registry and file remnants cleaning.

    Have you noticed this?

"Please note that the program displays an advertisement for Revo Uninstaller Pro on every third launch in the program interface."

Not a deal breaker of course, but it's not freeware if it's displaying an ad.

Unfortunately it's a habit of almost all freewares nowadays. As for myself, if I can opt out nagware etc. during installation, it's OK.

Revo nagware? No, not for me.
    IObit? No, definitely not!
I think I'll stick with Geek Uninstaller. It has never let me down and it does a good job. Just my 2 cents.

I can't compare those two because I have never used Geek Uninstaller, sorry.

    True, of course.
There are no new comparative reviews available, yet, I guess.
