I was considering using this service and wanted to get your opinion of that service?

I wasn't sure if I should have put this in general or software.

I wouldn't go near anything that had "Torrent" in its name and costs money. If you're going to download torrents, get a well known IP blocklist and a trustworthy VPN..if you want to put trust in a VPN provider. The problem is, the free ones are either insecure or terribly slow. The paid ones can be secure, and faster, but you better know who's running the show. This means do research on them, go over their privacy policy and terms/conditions with a fine tooth comb. If you think they are safe enough, sign up and pray they never get a visit from LE.

I agree with this statement. I recommend using PeerBlock http://www.peerblock.com/
