Returnil GUI Locked - Password Invalid

    How can I either unlock the Returnil GUI or uninstall the program to re-install?
    Password that was written down does not unlock the gui.

    I cannot uninstall using add/remove programs in XP, and the service cannot be disabled. What is the procedure here?

    Maybe you entered the password with activated CAPS-Lock?
    Or on a Notebook with activated Fn- or Functions-Key?

    Coldmoon,

    Registration is pending on the copy I have installed. I have tried to reset the password, but the registration info was not found. I cannot unlock the gui to do the registration. Am I out of luck as far as resetting my RN password?
    If so, I will need to re-install or restore the OS.

    Hi daniel,
    Shoot me a PM with your Installation ID (preferences > Advanced tab) and will check the server to see what is going on. Also include your License Number.
