This is a strange one. I forgot about Daylight Savings time here in the US.
When I got up this morning,I booted out of Returnil,to update my on-demands,
and a few mins latter I noticed my system clock was two hours fast.
Thats when I found out about Daylight savings time changing, and that accounts for one hour.
Was the other hour caused by the real system adding an hour after coming out of Returnil?
I don't get it.(nothing that strange about that, though.)

    Yep, thats what happened.

Time change happened with RVS running - 1st hour
Upon Bootup, all changes lost - 2nd hour

So, since Windows really didn't know it changed time the first time, it advanced it one more time.

One of those things where the left hand didn't know what the right hand did.
