Hi, do you mean downloading files from a browser? I can still do that after the 30 days with version 2.86. This is from their FAQs. http://www.sandboxie.com/index.php?FrequentlyAskedQuestions

edit: Here are all the help topics also. http://www.sandboxie.com/index.php?HelpTopics

Hi, i was reading in another forum, that downloading files won´t be possible after the test period (the recover file operation), but maybe that applied to some older version of sandboxie. thx a lot, so there´s no problem in using the program longer.

No problem recovering at all on my machine :). The only problem I have is with the nag screen showing up after the 30 days. I haven't had time to find out if it can be stopped (besides by paying).

well, i just checked this out: http://downloads.pcworld.com/pub/new/utilities/hard_disk/PTFB1064.zip
    (from http://www.pricelesswarehome.org/2005/PL2005DESKTOP.php#ButtonPusher)
which is able to push that button for you. It´s called "push that freaking button" & it´s an older freeware version.

The only drawback with that tool, that it obviously can´t close a window by klicking the "x", or minimize a window for you, it requires an "ok" button or whatever. SSM has such a function (klicking away some messages/windows), but there is a bug that makes some applications flicker, so i cannot use it.

btw, if anyone knows a similar free program which can handle those closing/minimizing issues, please let me know!

Edit: this freeware is even more versatile
