    I have a hard drive with 2 partitions, "C" & "D". I have a backup image of "C" dated 6-30-2005 and a backup of "D" dated 6-28-2005.

Question: Can I restore "C" with the 6-30-05 image and "D" with the image of 6-28-05?

The reason for this is that I restored only the "C" image and now Windows will not recognize "D".

    Many thanks for any advices.

If I'm understanding the question, you want to restore the images to their original locations. Sure you can. The puzzling thing to me though is why your restored C will no longer show the D partition. Maybe somebody else will have the answer.
