    Good Morning,

I have TrueImage 8.0 Home. I was able to create an image from my WD Rapter 36G. Let me back up...this is all on a GigaByte K8N GA Pro SLI with a 3200+ CPU. When I go to restore the image, my C: drive (WD) is grayed out, so basically I can't restore my image.

Has anyone had a something close to this?

    Thanks

    Hello fvlmasl2,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

Please accept our apologies for the delay with the response.

First of all, please make sure you use the latest build (937) of Acronis True Image 8.0. To get access to updates you should first register your software.

Please explain your step-by-step actions which you took that led you to this error. Did you use Acronis True Image Bootable Rescue Media or did you use Acronis True Image in Windows? Where is the image of you C drive resides?

    Thank you.
