I wanted to recover the Active partition on my system since I could not boot anymore in Windows.
I used the bootable ATI CD I made and when I fired up the restore, I received the error "pc_keyb: controller jammed (0xFF)" rolling continously over the screen.
I gave up and restored Windows XP SP3 with the MS CD. After reinstalling Acronis True Image 9.1 Universal Restore, I wanted to restore the C Drive with an image of that PC that was set aside on a backup. However, I got the same error.
The PC is a Shuttle SD37P2 with a ICH7R chipset. The disks are configurated as a Raid 0.
I search the forum but didn't find any similar issue.
Any idea what is causing the full image restore to hang?
