Restore from quarantine not working

    When I went to my quarantine files and tried to restore.

    1. It restored file or at least it indicated it did, it was in a RAR archive
    when I went back to see if it put back RAR file was corrupt.

    2. Then I tried to restore a no RAR file and no action at all it let me do is
    highlight it but that was all I could do.
