I use Acronis home for back-up and restore successfully. On my only drive at the time C:/ I made a secure Acronis zone to store back-up data. I have since installed a new drive D:/ to use for back-up data. In mu infinite wisdom I used Acronis to remove the secure zone. Now there is C:? disk 152.7 GB NTFS and 126.8 GB unallocated.

I was told by Acronis that Acronis Disk Director suite would fix this problem and I can download a sample of the program. ( down load would have to be purchased to do the complete job) While downloading I received the following error message W00010F9, Detected unsupported hard disk drives ( does not support windows dynamic disks, EZ-drives) Both my drives are sata.

The program installed okay after that, but when I run it the sane message comes up. When I get into the program I see only the NTFS portion of the drive.

Does this sound like I am out of luck or is there something technical support can help me with.

Thank you in advance for any help that you can offer.:ninja:
