How do I restore a file which NOD has moved into Quarantine.

In this case NOD has found an infection in an Outlook Express .dbx file and has moved it to Quarantine. I want to restore the .dbx file so I can open it and find the infected .eml. I can't afford to lose .dbx files because of one infected email.

NOD32 system tools -> Quarantine -> Right click on the file and choose Restore or Restore to

Yes, it just quarantines the complete .dbx file but does not seem to harm the contents. This worries me a little but it seems to be the way it works.

By contrast my machines with Kav do not do this.
