Hi all. My first post after lurking for a while, so hope this is in the right place.

Could anyone advise me as to how long eset usually takes to devise a cure for a trojan?

I was hit about 3 weeks ago by a trojan. Nod 32 2.7x detected this.
Could not remove. Tried various solutions proposed in this forum to no avail.
Contacted eset on 14/1 and have carried out the various regimes suggested. Have run SysInspector twice and sent the relevant logs to servis[at]eset.sk as requested.(Last one Thurs 24/1)

Is this sort of delay normal?, or have I just been unlucky to be hit with a real PITAo_O?

    Cheers
    Craig

Could you please PM me your email address? We in Slovakia respond only those who cannot be found in our customer database or if a distributor asks us to follow up if he's run out of idea as how to solve it. In all other cases the distributor you purchased your license from should be able to deal with your query.

    Hi all,

Don’t want to hijack this thread but I have the same qustion...

Must have been about a week or two weeks ago I passed on to ESET a file through NOD 32 which may be a false positive. I download something from Sourceforge:

    http://offsystem.sourceforge.net/

And was also wondering on a response time.

    Cheers Webby
