    Yes and no. From what the article mentioned it seems to be file based 'darknet'. From my understanding that would be using files as 'replys' so you could use any webhost to load this file and they would tunnel you through any other webhosts with that file. I wouldn't know how you'd get encryption to work perhaps they are forwarded using ssl?. As soon as a proof of concept is posted and deployed whom knows, but its an exciting prospect to have a network that could spring up on any webhost making it highly mobile and hard to block.
